Late Night: This Heart

Howie Klein at Crooks and Liars has a Nanci Griffith song up tonight, so I thought I'd put up my favorite song of her's -- "This Heart." It's spirited and uplifting.

Frank Rich has a good column in today's (Sunday) Times.

My favorite line--actually a line on someone's tee shirt-- from a breathtaking article at salon.com about a different kind of dance troupe.

Loved this. My favorite album of hers (none / 0) (#5)

    was Other Voices, Other Rooms.

Every single track. But her version of Kate Wolf's "Across the Great Divide" is truly great.

Hard to be cooler than Nanci.
