The ACLU responds to the Sixth Circuit's dismissal of its lawsuit over the NSA warrantless electronic monitoring program.

    What BS, every American has 'standing' when the govt violates the constitution.

    In a small victory tho, the ACLU received a heavily redacted manual of the WH's plan to violate dissenter's constitutional rights.
