Markos and Joe and Valerie Wilson on Bill Maher Now

Right now, HBO -- Bill Maher, has Markos of Daily Kos and Joe and Valerie Wilson on.

Markos: Hillary didn't do bad in the debate, she just wasn't perfect as she had been in earlier ones. The media just wants a horse race.

Maher: The Republicans are making immigration the "bogeyman" of the election.

Martin Short and Allison Stewart are on too. The Wilsons' segment is over. Did anyone see it?

I watched last nights show and thought it was one of the best. And after thinking that over I've come to the conclusion it's because I didn't have to sit and listen to some idiot rightie blowing smoke and continually interrupting.

I got tickled seeing Markos on TV. I thought he did a good job, but he's got to get more aggressive and not let people get away with interrupting him.

It was nice seeing the Wilson's together. I watched her on Charley Rose the other night and it was terrific. If you're interested you can go to his website and watch it there. I really feel bad that she lost an occupation that was important to her. That happened to me and I grieved for a couple of years. It's very much like losing an old friend and I hope with all my heart that they are able to sue and that they win and get a bundle.

The Wilson segment went will. Bill showed off the redacted pages of Valerie's book.

Absolutely.  Its something we as American citizens can do for the Wilsons to make up, in some microscopic amount, for the treatment they received from our criminal government after two lifetimes of honorable public service.

I'm buying two, and I urge everyone else here to do the same.

and wait for either the cliff's notes version, or the movie, which should be pretty short. both have done just fine for themselves, financially. i doubt they, or their children, are missing a lot of meals. and i can assure you they aren't living in a box on the street.

while i certainly appreciate their service, they were hardly underpaid.

agree that they weren't underpaid and both have nice pensions.
