While Hillary was in Denver at the DLC convention, Bill Clinton was in CT stumping for Joe Lieberman. Firedoglake has the details.

    When I've said before Clinton was the single most disappointing president of my lifetime...this is what I mean. He is quickly becoming the single most dissapointing POLITICIAN of my lifetime. The guy has the ability to do so much right now, and this is how he chooses to do it. Go consult the clergy about your sexual dysfunction some more and leave this issue alone, please. (Insert frustrated sigh here...)

    Well obviously Bill is turning a favor for someone. If he were truly interested in campaigning for Lieberman, he would have endorsed him before now.

    It's just a lil favor to another big DLCer. These guys have done more to rip apart the social safety net than any Republican I can think of pre-GWB. To hell with 'em both. Good people of Connecticut, please punish these creeps.
