Check out what Bo Dietel, former NYC cop, p.i., now a security analyst, had to say on Fox News today- Crooks and Liars has the video. He makes Tom Tancredo look like a piker.

"You got a bunch of people over there about 9000 what they call royal family. They're all inbreds they marry each other"... "This is how we have to interfere, they can't police their own if they can't stop the terrorism that they are exporting we have to go in there"....

"They are not doing any of that at all and I tell you the honest truth, they got oil, we need oil, we should go over there and take the oil. Everyone hates us anyway in these muslim countries and for some reason it's not working the holy site of mecca there."

"You know what I talk about Blackjack Pershing". (sp?) the general, Everyone laughs at me about dipping blood ah pig's blood on the bullets because if they get shot with it and they get killed they can't go to this never never land with the seventy two virgins well I say to the troops out there buy a couple of pigs put your bullets in there and start letting the word be known that you're going to shoot em and when you shootem they are not going to make never never land and get the seventy two virgins or whatever they think they are going to get".

He is to policing what Nancy Grace is to law. Totally a "fry 'em" mentality.

    Oh lovely, it's good to know I live in a world where a total nutcase can get a security analyst job, and I, a woman who takes care of elderly invalids all day, can't even get ten measly dollars an hour. Yes, let's delve even farther into the Middle East until we've successfully destroyed anything that might have once held these people back from straight up armed revolution on a global scale. What a wonderful idea. And after that we can all drink frosty mugs of oven cleaner to celebrate our grand American ingenuity.

    I saw Bo Dietel on Imus one time, on MSNCB and he came across to me as a total lunatic. This was right at the time when people were outraged when sex offenders were getting Viagra and this inspired him to go on along rant about castration (I believe he even stated he wanted to have “castration party”) He than proceeded to rant and rave about how the FBI could of prevented 9/11 by focusing on Bin Laden & co. instead of discriminating against Italians. Complete nutjob.

    I saw a Faux news bobblehead parade at about 12 noon PST today, discussing the SCOTUS nomination, and one of those knuckleheads was, I kid you not, Robin Leach.

    Oh, this is the nutcase that they are often "interviewing" on the Daily Show. That he manages to get air time is both hilarious and saddening at the same time.

Couldn't you just tell them you had? They might not believe you, but then they might not believe you even if you really had. If I had to guess, Crazy Bo actually believes that, if he shoots an Arab with an un-kosher bullet, the Arab really goes to Muslim hell.

    On a slightly off topic note: this lunatic reminds me of another right-wing nut job congressman (unfortunately, his name escapes me) who, when lambasting bilingual education made the following proclamation: If English was good enough for Jesus Christ, it is good enough to be the only language of instruction in our schools. Sorry, not an exact quote, it's been a few years.

    I'd love to think he was part of Giuliani's NYPD, and found the Bratton/Kelly administrations less hospitable to his mindset. Of course, I might be fooling myself. I am curious to hear your take, Jeralyn, on this week's New Yorker piece on the alternative HSA Kelly has set up inside the NYPD - sounds both impressive and frightening.
