Company Backs Out of Kid Tracking Plan

Good news...the tracking device company that a California public school planned to hire to provide radio frequency devices to be worn by students to track their whereabouts has backed out of the deal.

    probably won't be sounding a trumpet next time, just bring it in the back door. ?i never quite understand what they hope to accomplish with this type of monitoring?
