No charges will be filed against Bill Cosby , according to the Montgomery County, PA District Attorney. Reason: insufficient evidence.

    Very difficult charges to prove. Easier to make the case in civil court where the burden of proof is lower. Of course, it raises the question about trying to draw the various lines about consent, intent, damages, etc. Good for circulation.
