According to news reports, Chief Justice Rehnquist is back at the Court after battling thyroid cancer.

If he's feeling like the chemo patients I've cared for, he's just on his last legs. The last hurrah, I guess. I, for one, wouldn't be spending my remaining days on Earth sick as a dog and still plugging away at work.

He better remember to wear his full-face plastic visor for when Bushliar guffaws (when asked to swear to uphold the C.). Another dose of that traitor's spittle could push him over the line, on top of this disease of the throat, the organ of truth telling. This Chief Justice has defamed our laws and damaged our nation more than any other CJ in memory. What does it profit a Chief Justice to gain the Executive for a scoundrel? You never see a U-Haul following the hearse, William. --
