We got this by email so we don't know whom to credit, but it made us laugh so we're reprinting it:
TEXAS HILLBILLIES (sung to the tune of The Beverly Hillbillies)
Come and listen to my story 'bout a boy name Bush.
His IQ was zero and his head was up his tush.
He drank like a fish while he drove all about.
But it didn't really matter 'cuz his daddy bailed him out.
DUI, that is. Criminal record. Cover-up.
Well, the first thing you know little Georgie goes to Yale.
He can't spell his name but they never let him fail.
He spends all his time hangin' out with student folk.
And that's when he learns how to snort a line of coke.
Blow, that is. White gold. Nose candy.
The next thing you know there's a war in Vietnam.
Kin folks say, "George, stay at home with Mom."
Let the common people go to get maimed and scarred.
We'll buy you a spot in the Texas Air Guard.
Cushy, that is. Country clubs. Nose candy.

The Christian Science Monitor profiles Wonkette, aka Ana Marie Cox, the blogger who has taken D.C. by storm. We'll add our two cents....she's irreverant, funny, wicked, shameless and best of all, really liberal. We read her every day and you should too.
Wow. Check out Kinja, the new blog of blogs by Nick Denton:
Kinja allows even casual internet users to browse topics, explore the latest weblog writing, and then choose favorite authors to track. A personal Kinja digest contains excerpts from a user's favorites, whether they're friends who blog, or experts on a particular topic. Kinja is a blog of blogs.
There's politics, liberals, conservatives and media, among other groups. We were excited to see they included us as liberals. [link via Instapundit.]

Please join us in wishing a speedy recovery to Stuart Buck, lawyer and author of The Buck Stops Here. Stuart has been hospitalized with a sudden stroke. He is 29 years old and was perfectly healthy. His wife has posted some info at his blog, and it looks like he is going to be ok.
We have three more days to go this month and we've exceeded our bandwidth allotment. If any of you are able to chip in, we'd really appreciate it. Just click on one of the buttons below. Amazon is anonymous, paypal is not. Many thanks.
Update: Thanks to all of you who contributed. We are very grateful. We've received more than enough to cover our expenses for the rest of this month and next month too. We always knew the readers make this site!
Wow...check out SouthPaws, just started by Political Wire. It's an aggregator of liberal political bloggers:
Please help test two new Political Wire features. Southpaws features blogger commentary from the Democratic, left-of-center perspective. Wingers highlights Republican, right-of-center views. Each page is updated every hour throughout the day and night.
A big thanks to Taegan Goddard for putting this together.
Say hello to The Revealer-- a daily blog about religion and the press. It is a project of NYU's Center for Religion and Media and the Pew Charitable Trusts.
The blog's goal is to educate the public about the role of religion in politics and culture and to help journalists do a better job of covering religion. It is edited by Jeff Sharlet, who writes for Harper's, In These Times, The Nation and The Baffler) and published by Jay Rosen, creator of PressThink and the "founder of the public journalism movement."
Jeff writes, "Too much of the press is blind to the role religion plays in politics; we think The Revealer is needed to add some nuance to the discussion."
