Former Campaign Staffer Sues Trump

Alva Johnson, a former Trump campaign staffer, sues Donald Trump for a forcible unwanted kiss and lower pay than males and non-African American employees received.

The Complaint is here. In the Introduction, Johnson alleges

Plaintiff Alva Johnson brings this lawsuit to hold the President of the United States, Defendant Donald J. Trump, accountable for his sexually predatory conduct.

The Complaint recites the long litany of such claims against Donald Trump. She is suing the Trump campaign and Trump individually on her behalf and on behalf of all others similarly situated.

from an accusation in any other way?

    Anyway...

Two witnesses to the incident identified by Johnson, then-Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and Florida campaign director Karen Giorno, said the alleged incident did not occur.

"As a career prosecutor and attorney general, had I seen anything improper, I would have taken action," Bondi told NBC News. "I was with the president in the RV, and these allegations are false."

If she was naive enough to be surprised Trump cornered her it's pretty easy to believe she would be naive enough to expect Pammy to tell the truth.

    I'm sorry.  But seriously

Why do you think she would name a witness who would deny being a witness?

Not a very good lawyer if so I would say.

    No clue, and I agree. (5.00 / 1) (#14)

I would think an attorney would contact a witness and at least get a signed statement before naming the witness.
