ACLU Obtains Documents on Targeted Killings

Through one of its FOIA lawsuits, the ACLU has obtained new documents concerning the Obama Administration's guidelines for targeted killings of suspected terrorists.

The primary document is the May, 2013 Presidential Policy Guidance, available here. [More...]

In addition to the presidential policy directive, the ACLU says four additional documents were received:

    provide any interpretation or analysis. you just listed the documents. i dont know how you expect me to understand this other than to react with my feelings that it's wrong to haphazardly drop bombs from orbit and kill people. so if there is some rational why this is a good thing you need to explain that rational. not saying thier isnt, just saying you didnt provide any analyisis to override my default feelings about this.
