It's been about three months since I last asked readers and commenters to contribute to TalkLeft. TalkLeft is not an inexpensive venture. I have been personally funding the site for 13 years, and since I eliminated paid advertisements a few years ago, the amount has been substantial.

If you appreciate the time and effort that goes into my research and writing, read and comment here frequently, or just follow posts on certain topics, I'd sincerely appreciate a contribution of whatever amount you are comfortable donating. All amounts, even a few dollars, are welcome. You can use Paypal, which also takes credit cards without a Paypal account.

    ...I think it would aid in knowing a what you think a year is worth.  This is the first year I sent $$, but not because I don't think they were deserved, or I didn't have them.  But I would keep thinking how much, but unlike this year, the post faded and with it my contribution.

    It really helped, me at least, to keep the post on the forefront so I would see it every day.
