Looks like Mitt Romney does okay, winning 3 states so far (VA, VT, MA). Newt Gingrich won Georgia. Santorum took Tennessee. Ohio is still out.

Santorum takes North Dakota and Oklahoma.

Update: Romney takes Idaho. The AP just called Ohio for Romney. [More...]

Sarah Palin admits she voted for Newt Gingrich at her Alaska caucus. They deserve each other.

Newt Gingrich doesn't seem have a prayer of winning his party's nomination, but the Secret Service has just agreed to provide him with protection. If he's still in the running out of ego, rather than a realistic shot of winning, why does he qualify? It should help Obama too, since 20% of republicans have said they'll go with Obama because they think Romney is too "moderate". Stupor indeed. ;-)

couldn't break 60% in Virginia despite Paul being the only other person on the ballot, its just sad how incredibly desperate and willing to sell out any and all core beliefs he is- he reminds me of Shelley from Glengarry Glenross.

What the hell happened to David Mamet? He writes a book about how he's not a "brain-dead liberal" anymore, gimme a break. You got old and conservative, Dave, happens to almost everyone. Asking people to pay good money to read a book about it, come on, that's like making them pay so you can tell them their shoes are untied.

and teaches classes at Fort Rucker and in Pensacola on existing generational groups. According to her we have changed a bit, our upcoming older people are right now becoming more Liberal instead of more Conservative. My husband tells this to all of our Conservative friends and tells them that a PhD says so and they go wild :) He also tells older soldiers that the secret is out, and that John Wayne was actually gay. For some reason older soldiers go wild over him saying that too.

I have read in a number of places that the demographic that most consistently gets more liberal with age is white women.

a Born Again holy warrior for Israel, and the they're-coming-for-us-again-at-any-moment mentality..

He's doing what Irving Kristol did. As in, feeling compelled to buy into the ENTIRE agenda of whatever side seems to be ready to guarantee more arms and to greenlight a more militantly aggressive approach to defending 'the Holy Land' no questions asked.
