Via Joan McCarter, I have no idea what in the world crazy Republican Steve King means when he says "I hate to tell you but [babies] show up in garbage cans around this country, sir," in the context of the constitutionality of the health bill, but it reminded me of this particularly tasteless Family Guy bit (Full Disclosure I love Family Guy):

It was based on this story. I'm in a weird mood today.

     To come under Congress's commerce clause authority, the industry/area/subject being regulated need only exist in interstate commerce. That a particular incident of the subject is arguably not itself in interstate commerce is irrelevant.

    you really are in a weird mood.  Every year for Christmas morning everyone gets new jammies around here.  This year my husband got Baby Stewie jammies.  Joshua was ticked.  Because he could use full sentences at around two and because he is very small in stature a lot of our friends used to call him Baby Stewie, and inspite of how smart he is he doesn't really understand why boys and men can both get Wii jammies but only adults can have Baby Stewie jammies :)
