was waiting for this. Tina Fey knows how to deliver. Now that it's finally been done, can we get back to discussing real issues?

You know that will happen (none / 0) (#2)

for about a week...right after the punditocracy's tiny temper tantrum about how SNL attacked the membership again. And then they'll go back to business as usual.

I loved the "I can see Russia from my House" line.  Frankly, any Palin non-issue based criticism should be left to SNL.  They have license to be absurd--caricaturing political figures is what they do and the caricature is likely to have more potent, if subtle, effect than politicians discussing Palin in a so-called serious manner.

Is PERFECT. She's got everything: the mannerisms, the voice, and of course the look. Absolutely brilliant. I loved Hillary's line: 'I guess I should have wanted it more.' A fantastic sketch!

Tina Fey has serious talent, which is pretty rare on SNL these days.

but even if she's a yellow dog, you've got to wonder if just a little bit of her wishes for Palin to get elected. Fey would be guaranteed a lot of work.

is a solid "Clintonista" as it were.  She was instrumental in getting women riled up about Hillary again before TX and OH. Remember that sketch?

I missed it last night, I was disappointed. Thanks for posting it. I thought it was great. Fey was amazing. Loved when she pretended to cock a gun, when 'Hillary' was talking.

    I really hope so.

It, like any other SNL clip (especially one they predicted would go viral), is removed by an NBC copyright claim.

They want traffic directed to their own web site.  And look!  PALIN/CLINTON is the big freakin' entrance image.  And you can watch it there!

Sorry if I came off as harsh, but I don't think you were snarking.  And that perturbs me.

NBC website, it's under shows/ SNL. they are aggressive about removing any SNL videos from youtube. Tina Fey doesn't need "more work", she writes and stars in 30 Rock!!! the video is great, thanks for posting.

I loved the line about sexism and Hillary's incredulous surprise that everyone now seems to care about it.  Also that anybody can become president and she should've wanted it more.  Lots of good stuff in here.

I love Tina Fey (and 30 Rock), she is pitch perfect here from the first word to the last.  I laughed out loud just from her first line.

Credit to Amy Poehler too! (none / 0) (#26)
by EL seattle on Sun Sep 14, 2008 at 02:03:01 PM EST
Amy's been a huge asset to SNL since Tina and Maya vanished.  And she's picking her movie roles really well, too.

"Cricket Feldstein" may a minor character in Hamlet 2, but Peohler is perfect there.
