Hillary and Obama Take Time Off To Attend Their Day Jobs

Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama will be in the U.S. Senate today to vote on a few bills. Why? MSNBC's Chuck Todd says it's to court the labor vote.

The bill at issue is "a procedural vote allowing state and local first responders collective bargaining rights."

From Politico: Obama's Projections. "Bloomberg News's Catherine Dodge and Alex Tanzi reported yesterday that they'd gotten their hands on a detailed Obama campaign spreadsheet projecting the results of the rest of the state contests, which was released "inadvertently" by the campaign."

I haven't had a chance to look at it first hand. Sorry if this has already been posted at TL. Also, delete if it's too OT.

hard for Hillary.  Will obama vote present?  I believe Hillary has been in the senate during this primary contest, a lot more than obama.  But that is how he rolls while getting a free ride from the press and the idiotic DCC/DNC leadership.

Obama got the teamster's nod when he promised to ease up on oversight thats had the feds watching them for mob connections.

I rather like that and Bill Clinton did too. I suspect Hillary would follow.

before he decided to run for president. He was phoning it in (metaphorically--I don't think Senators can vote by phone).

Where are his accomplishments from his Senate career?  Why do you think he would start working now?
