Why is the voter in the booth standing on her toes?

How will the voter outside the booth vote without arms?

What is the robber carrying.  Laundry?  A bag of money?  Doesn't look like a ballot box.  Regardless of his criminal stature, I hope he can get the orthopedics he needs.

there's no representation of ethnic diversity!  You'd think that on a post about voter problems, you'd not want to suggest that only solidly black people will  be allowed access to the machines.
