New Hampshire: CNN/WMUR Poll Has Hillary and Obama Tied

A poll taken last night and today by CNN and WMUR in New Hampshire has Hillary and Obama tied at 33% each. The AP report on the poll is here.

Obama and Edwards are up 3 points from last week while Hillary is down 1 point.

There's a vast difference between Hillary and Obama on the experience question.

(DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY VOTERS ONLY:) Which Democratic candidate do you think has the right experience to be President?

Clinton 46%
Obama 14%
Edwards 13%

As to which candidate is most likely to bring change, the numbers are almost reversed: Obama 41%, Clinton 28%, Edwards 16%

Among likely Democratic primary voters, Barack Obama was the choice of 34 percent of those surveyed and Hillary Clinton was the choice of 33 percent, suggesting the race is a virtual dead heat. John Edwards was next at 23 percent, followed by Bill Richardson at 4 percent and Dennis Kucinich at 3 percent.

No bounce? Hard to believe for me frankly.

    but for purely selfish reasons I hope that the nomination is not decided in New Hampshire. I would like to at least feel that my vote on Feb 5th would mean something this time around.

    Wish we would find a better way to nominate presidential candidates.

    Cheney and Rumsfeld had the "right experience" too.  And by making this the criterion for the election Hillary makes any Democrat's race against McCain harder.

    Half the polls showing them tied, and the other half showing Obama with a massive lead, and nothing in between. I wonder if there's a coherent explanation.
