    can you tell me if that's a pun?  Was Kerr less correct, or less rightwing?

    sure doesn't seem to want to discuss oversight and the implications of it being removed by the revision of FISA. He derails onto side issues or insists on backtracking whenever discussion heads in that direction. Strangely, just about anything else seems important to him except that. Since when did conservatives become so trusting of government to do the right thing without being subject to scrutiny?

    Kerr also seems to assume the government is not retaining all or most communications and then data mining them, and he doesn't seem all that interested in finding out whether that's the case or not. He seems to think it's all about specific wiretaps on specific "suspects." Where has he been?
