Jeralyn, I saw this earlier today.  I wonder if everyone on the list wanted to be publicly listed on the top 50!

I really just wanted to say thank you for helping the wonderful Jane last weekend.  Sounds like you fixed her the best of all possible meals.

I really enjoyed your liveblogging and PTV follow-ups over the Libby trial.

    Highest Regards!

    Thanks, Cindy (none / 0) (#3)

I wondered the same thing about whether some of those on the list wanted to be named.

Jane was such a pleasure to be around. I haven't cooked that much in years, but she made it so much fun and was so appreciative. She's got a great support system in place, she takes really good care of herself and is very upbeat.  I learned a lot from her.

Am I somehow not seeing his name, but why isn't Drudge on this list? Considering the (horrendous) influence he has on politics and the media, I think he should be. And, of course, that's in a "he influences the world for better or worse, not necessarily a good way." You know, like when Time mag. named Hitler its "Man of the Year" in the 1930s.

Or does the gay community not want to acknowledge the creep is part of the team?

maybe he's not all that powerful any more...witness the recent fiasco w/michael ware supposedly "heckling" mccain at the press conference.

luckily for us, the mighty wurlitzer seems to be breaking down.

were the rankings determined? How are they powerful people?

Its a list with a scattering of currently well known, rich, or political people but I have never heard of most of these names.

    Pat Buchanan (none / 0) (#8)

referred to Drudge just last evening on Scarborough to back another one of his pathetic arguments.
