Go Vols!!! Should be some fun games. I fully expect the Gators to repeat and hope they do if my Vols lose, but I am so proud of my little young team.

I'm pulling for Stanford women to come out of the West! My men Vols have never done anything in basketball. Nothing. I'm having a blast :)

(when I was a kid we had a few great teams but only one team from each conference got to go to the tournament so of course Kentucky went.)

But for the women's team? C'mon. I really admire Pat Summitt, but jeez, haven't they won enough? As for the men's team, let 'em win!

both the ODU men's and women's teams got bounced in the first round, and UVA & Tech also lost this weekend. i've nothing left to live for, college hoops wise.

    alas!

    Game times? (none / 0) (#16)

Does anybody have a link to the dates and times of the upcoming round of games? I think A&M plays again on thursday but I'm not sure and I dont have any idea what time.

Games I missed (my bracket is f$#%ed up bad now):
    Notre Dame v. Winthrop
Oregon v. Miami (thought Miami would be the Cinderella)
    Kentucky v. Villenova
    VCU v. Duke
    Indiana v. Gonzaga
    Maryland v. Butler
    S. Illinois v. VATech
    UNLV v. Wisconson
    USC v. Texas
    Vanderbilt v. Washington St.
    BC v. Tech
    Xavier v. BYU

If I were submitting my bracket for a pass/fail grade, I dont think there is any chance I would pass now...although all my final 4s are still in the tourney. I have Texas A&M, UNC, Florida, and Kansas.

I wish Texas would have won against USC (I know it sounds like tyranny against my Aggies but...). If Texas and Texas A&M would have made it to the final 4, could you imagine the electricity and atmosphere of that game? It would have potential to be the best game in the history of college basketball. Guess t.u. will have to wait until next year for their shot at us in a final 4 game...

    You play around 7:00 Thursday. (none / 0) (#18)

Three sweet-16 teams, almost a fourth.  And my darkhorse UNLV is still in the race.

    West coast ball, baby.
