Last Day to Vote

Bump and Update: Voting has ended. Thanks to each and every one of you who voted. The official results will be announced by Monday. I think that when voting ended, TalkLeft was in first place. We'll know soon.

Now back to regular blogging.

Bump and Update: We've pulled into first place, but just by a nod. Your vote is still needed. And thanks to all of you.

Bump and Update: It's so close. Right now TalkLeft is ahead by by a mere 14 votes. Please vote. There's just a few hours left.

Bump and Update: Vote here. You can vote once a day.

We're actually 400 300 150 100 50 votes short of first place right now. Please help put us over the top!

Update: It's the final day of voting. Please keep the right wing site "Stop the ACLU" from taking second prize and beating TalkLeft. They are making a final big push for second place. Please don't let them beat us.

Voting ends tomorrow -- which might be tonight at midnight. A right wing site named Stop the ACLU is still on TalkLeft's heels. Please vote again today.

I've been voting almost every day for TL of course but I'm also a finalist in one of the little noticed categories, best of the 2501-3500 blogs. I'm the only real progressive blogger on the list.

It would take a major miracle to get me out of third place but if you feel like helping a little blogger out, please vote for The Impolitic here.

told me i'd voted in the last 24 hours (none / 0) (#4)

EXCLUSIVE: White House Forbids Publication Of Op-Ed On Iran By Former Bush Official

Middle East analyst Flynt Leverett, who served under President Bush on the National Security Council and is now a fellow at the New America Foundation, revealed today that the White House has been blocking the publication of an op-ed he wrote for the New York Times. The column is critical of the administration's refusal to engage Iran.

Leverett's op-ed has already been cleared by the CIA, where he was a senior analyst
