    ...allow convicted criminals into Canada - although given our current Prime Minister's deep-seated need to roll over for anything American, it wouldn't surprise me if these guys started rolling in by the busload.

    I don't see how this is dumping.  The only reason to bring this up is if you are concerned he may do it again.

    this judge is making stuff up on the fly. any attorneys here aware of banishment as a legal punishment, in the U.S., for any offense?
