Karl Rove Indictment Contest

Firedoglake beat me to it, but I've been pondering contest questions for a few days now. So I'm joining in with a TalkLeft contest. Feel free to enter them both. To win TalkLeft's contest, you need to correctly answer these questions:

1. What date will the Indictment be returned by the Grand Jury?
2. Will the Indictment name only Karl Rove or Karl Rove and others? If others, who will they be?
3. What crimes will be charged for each person you name and how many counts for each? (Example: Only Karl Rove, Three counts of false statements to investigators, two counts of perjury to the grand jury, one count of obstruction of justice, one count of conspiracy)
4. Who, if anyone, will be "Offical A" in the Rove Indictment?

The first commenter with the correct answers wins. The winner will be determined by me and TChris. A tie will be determined by Last Night in Little Rock.

The prizes:

The winner will receive his or her choice of (a) $25.00 , or (b) Conned: How Millions Went to Prison, Lost the Vote and Helped Send George W. Bush to the White House by Sasha Abramsky [ c ] Tiger Force: A True Story of Men and War by Pulitzer Prize Winners Michael Sallah and Mitch Weiss (d) A Question of Torture: CIA Interrogation From the Cold War to the War on Terror by Alfred W. McCoy (e) Crashing the Gates:Netroots, Grassroots, and the Rise of People-Powered Politics by Markos Moulitsas Zúniga and Jerome Armstrong (f) State of War:The Secret History of the CIA and the Bush Administration by James Risen (g) Busted! Drug War Survival Skills From the Buy to the Bust to Begging for Mercy by M. Chris Fabricant or (h) The Defining Moment: FDR's Hundred Days and the Triumph of Hope by Jonathan Alter.

Voting ends with the first mainstream media news report announcing the Grand Jury has returned an Indictment or when I announce the end in the comments and as an update to this thread. Justice Department attorneys, FBI agents and members of Karl Rove's defense team and their staffs are not eligible to participate.

Voting begins now. [typo fixed.]

Update: May 13, 3:38 pm. Contest closed, word is, Rove's been indicted.

I'm fairly certain I can win this, because I am always right, but I don't want to play because I think this contest is more deserving and the prizes are starting to smell bad according to my personal pull dates. What if the winner could get the person(s) of their choice to read one or more of the winning tomes? If so, I might even get motivated to get out of bed.

Arf - What if the winner could get the person(s) of their choice to begin to display even rudimentary understanding of one or more of the winning tomes? Now that would be a prize!

1 The day of reckoning. 2 Karl Machiavelli Rove. 3 Impersonating a human being. Complicity in genocide. Conspiracy to commit ballot fraud. Exploitation of the mentally subnormal. Contravening the Mann Act. (see above) Treason. Obstruction of justice. Associating with known felons. Perjury. Being fat. Being sweaty. Being ugly. Being bald. Walking on the cracks in the sidewalk. (How am I doing?) 4 "Official A" being the truncated form of; "Official A****le" A safe assumption he is not a member of the Janitorial staff or presently deceased.

BigUnit12, You do realize that May 14th is a Sunday, don't you? Grand Jury will work next Sunday? My guess is May 19th, two counts of perjury and one of obstruction of Justice, and no official 'A.'
