The Ameicican Constitution Society blog has names and profiles of potential Surpeme Court replacement nominees for Retiring Justice Sandra Day O'Cornnor.

I'm still going with: Harriet Miers, Conselo Callahan or Larry Thompson.

My hope is Ed Prado.

    Don't under estimate this man... Remember Alberto Gonzalez? He nominated a nice, activist wrong wing rich white man anyways. What makes anyone think he will do any different?

    I notice that ACS isn't listing Alice Batchelder (presently on the Sixth Circuit bench). To which I say, thank God.
