Does this mean the aid will have to pay a $25,000 fine like Nancy Pelosi's aide did?

Jim- Did she commit the same offense? Is her criminal history as aggravated and extensive as his? We still have proportionality in sentencing, for now.

DA - Well, glad to know you have started reading articles before you link. But, there goes your career in the MSM. As for your snarky remark...just can't quit, can you? Let me guess. The Christian Right made you do it. Roger - As I remember it was campaign finance problems. And it was an aide, as is Delay's. Che - Well the judge, who is a Clinton apointee type, has done evrything except he will protect Hillary no matter what. So my guess she is safe. As for dying, this link shows how killing is done. DA - BTW - I didn't read your links, but I also don't read Newsweek.

PPJ, that was a vicious and completely justified attack on Hollywood elitism...thes putzses lick the boots of the same people who'd stick them in jail if they were from the same country...and it's pukeifying... But PPJ, where are your "9/11 families denounce Bush" links, or your "Koran abuses didn't spark riots" links, or your "Public opinion for President falls to lowest in his term" links? You're doing great...keep up the good work!!

Gee DA, do you ever make a comment that is not related to a snarky attack on yours truly? I mean, I am starting to think you don't like me. Sigh... Blag - Thank you. As for the 9/11 links I deleted them as soon as it was determined that the organizations in question were funded by a foundation that was funded by Heinz-Kerry. You may actually figure out that I am not a Repub, or a Demo.
