Both of those facilities are also crowded at the moment and have little or no room for new inmates, the source said.

When BOP doesn't follow the Judge's recommendations, it has to send a letter to the Judge explaining the reason. The defense does not get a copy of this letter. The probation officer and the court get the letter. Who else would know why Martha didn't get sent to Danbury or Coleman but the Court and the Probation officer and the Bureau of Prisons? Martha gets to find out in the newspaper why she is going to Alderson? Leaks suck.
