The Justice Department today announced the filing of its civil rights lawsuit against Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his department for engaging in racial profiling of Latinos. The New York Times has more, and background is here.

    Sheriff Clarence W. Dupnik sent his Pima County Deputies on a pot raid. These disgusting idiots smashed down the front door of the home of former marine Jose Guerena, then fired over 70 rounds into him in seven seconds. They had the wrong house.
