U.S. Gave Pakistan One Month to Capture Ilyas Kashmiri and Four Others

Via al Jazeera: A Pakistani formy army Brigadier says Pakistan's ISI was involved in the attack that reportedly killed Ilyas Kashmiri and others. He was on the "wish list" the U.S. gave Pakistan last week, when it imposed a one month deadline on Pakistan to capture Kashmiri and four others.

The compound where the raid took place is in Wana in the Ghwakhwa area of South Waziristan:

According to Pakistan officials who asked not to be identified, the U.S. fired three missiles at the Ghwa Khwa compound located about 10 miles from South Waziristan's largest town of Wana, striking two rooms where the men were staying. The compound belongs to a tribesman identified as Mir Ajam Khan with links to local militant groups.

Is he this Amir Hamza who said in 2010:
