'Sinnerman' I recognize from the Thomas Crown Affair (1999) soundtrack. It's long and pretty awesome.

You can hear it in use (none / 0) (#2)

I wonder -- is this his list, or was it put together by a Committee on Presidential Music Selection?  A little something for everyone.

If so, his taste is even more eclectic than mine.  Well, maybe not.  No classical, jazz or reggae on there.

It just looks like a list of songs with something for (almost) everybody.

Have to say, that first one is a surprise.  Did anybody look at the video on youtube?

    I love the Fugees (none / 0) (#7)

And definitely a surprise.  Somewhat, dare I say, militant?

who worked in communications for the Obama campaign that I'd give them $200 if Obama had more than 5 punk rock songs on his ipod.

Needless to say, they didn't get my money.

    Very square list of favs.
