Another Day, Another Lieberman Fib

Through his teeth:

Lieberman has said he will not endorse Democratic candidates because he understands that his candidacy has put Democratic candidates in an awkward position, and has said he would stay out of their races.

Excuse me? Lieberman's candidacy has hurt Democratic candidates in Connecticut but his endorsement could mitigate that damage.

The harm he wishes to avoid is to his Lieberman for Lieberman candidacy. The Lie in Lieberman - everyday. Have any doubt that Lieberman is now fighting for Republicans? This flip flop should put them to rest:

"I see no reason not to be for [John] Bolton [as UN Ambassador]," Lieberman told a meeting of the Daily News Editorial Board.

Lieberman, when fishing for Dem votes earlier this year, voted to filibuster Bolton's nomination.

Perhaps he has observed Bolton in action and now thinks he is the man for the job.

    Hahahahaha!  Good one, Jim.

    Wait.  You were serious?

In that case, Lieberman is a moron and should get a job more suited to his ability.  The guy on the corner with the squeegee, washing car windows could use some competition, maybe it would drive the price down.

All the more reason to reject him.

BTW Jim, when do you think they will actually get around to legitimizing Bolton's appointment? Or is every part of the Constitution so smeared from wiping up George's "assidents" that we don't even bother with such trivial matters. After all, we're at war!

Oh, but there's another little constitutional technicality unreadable through George's excrement. A declaration of war isn't really necessary, despite the constant bellicosity of the neocons that just such a state exists. Yes sir, our apparent ignorance, or outright disdain of Constitutional law would make any potential enemy of ours blush with pride that they indeed are correct about our form of "democracy". It's a sham.

actually, the more i see of lieberman, the more i become convinced that he's whatever works at the moment; neither dem or repub, he's demrepubbeast, elephasss!

he's so infatuated with being in office, he's become "zeligized", changing shape and stance into whoever he happens to be next to at any given moment. morphing, in b&w, into whatever he thinks will win him a vote.

in short, he's become the substanceless man: scratch his surface, and you'll find.............. more surface. he has no opinions of his own, he's entirely dependent on others for them.

who's the real lieberman? hell, even his hairdresser doesn't know for sure.

While Lieberman is certaintly frustrating, remember, he did run with Gore and helped him win the popular vote (they lost the popular vote on the supreme court).  I have issues with Lieberman be he should not be to demonized
