Say hello to New West Network, an online community representing (for now) Boulder, Salt Lake City and Missoula, MT. It's an ambitious endeavor with excellent potential. The "Citizen Journalist" sections, where readers can post their own stuff on a variety of topics, like a Daily Kos Diary, is a cool concept for big media.
