In spite of some of the worst offensive coaching I have ever seen, the Volunteers won.

BTD, are the Gators gonna do their share??

    See you next September!

BTD, not sure if you saw Markos' latest on Obama but here it is.

Looks like we're back at square one on Obama's experience (or lack thereof).

right now - his commitment to her campaign can't be measured.

On the other hand, they could have turned this morning into a fundraising event - watch the game with Bill.   Maybe J can let us know later.

Bil will be in Burlington (none / 0) (#9)

tomorrow, as will Dodd and others.  Fifth largest city in the state of Iowa, but population is about 30,000.  Doesn't sound like the Clinton campaign is giving up in the face of the DMR polling results.

were playing in the Cotton Bowl this morning.

Trounced by Mi-zoo-rah!  Life is good.

I say that not as a football fan (I'm not) but as someone who knows quite a number of people who went to Arkansas and who can be ... annoying ... about the Razorbacks. :)

I'm so proud of the FSU Seminoles.  With their depleted lineup they could have easily given up but instead they played hard and for most of the game gave Kentucky a run for their money.

the players who were caught cheating did so on an ON LINE test that had been around for 7 years and the Course was Music History....

After hearing the above I didn't know whether to laugh or cry??

College football is nothing more than the minor leagues for the NFL and CFL with a relatively few players getting an education in a usable trade with the vast majority getting nothing but memories and injuries that will bother them for years.

Considering the money involved the players should have a union and be paid a decent salary.

In the interest of transparency I am not a KU fan.

I am a Tennessee fan who's team won today also with 6 players not making the trip for academic "problems" and one violation of "team rules."

My dream match-up would be Appalachian State vs Gators. They thumped Michigan. Imagine what they would do to the Gators!

That is old news. Ouch., just the same. (none / 0) (#8)
