    Graham is not on the official list, because he is not from the "Administration", he's not a "regular" attendee, and he did not show up for just "one session". These are the official categories listed. It would not surprise me if this administration weasel-worded this just like it does everything else, and their claim is technically true. However, maybe Graham fits into one of those other unofficial categories. Maybe he was a sporadic attender. Maybe he showed up for exactly x sessions, which is not an official category. Maybe Graham is only on the list of super duper double secret murder board attendees.
