This is one of my big issues. No, no, NO to Hoyer and his corporate cronies!

Must we deny Americans any justice or recompense for the violations of their civil rights? We've already got the Patriot Act and the MCA; we've lost habeas corpus and our elected and appointed officials pretend that waterboarding isn't torture and the Geneva Conventions are "quaint."

There's a reason why Pelosi didn't want Hoyer in a position of power. He is a complete and total shill.
