Did Hoyer get some campaign contributions for this? Why would he be doing this? Doesn't make any sense. We've got companies that broke the law. I don't care who asked them to break the law, they broke it. And the particular law and what they did is very insidious. I would like to send a message to governments and companies alike about this issue. It's too important.
