not because of prostitution, but because of hypocrisy. He made part of his career prosecuting prostitution.

I have no problem with him staying on if he was an advocate of legalization of prostitution.

Secondly, I don't know if he broke any money laundering laws but he should know better to get there. As a prosecutor, he is obviously well informed about the laws. If he did it with an open eye, well, then there is no excuse if he gets caught.

Lastly, I hope he is paying those HUGE prostitution bills ($1000 to $3000 per HOUR!!!!) out of his own pocket. Otherwise, ending a career would be an easy way out.

It's snowing in hell because I agree 100%.  I've been saying ad naseum that he is welcome to stay provided he pardons all the prostitutes of NY currently in jail or on probation, and begins advocating for the repeal of prostitution prohibition.
