If you look at the Cold War, Norway wasn't gobbled up by the Soviets because of the defense provided by the west, principally the US.

So, it's okay for Norway to practice their democracy, unless it makes us uncomfortable, in which case they should have had the Soviets invade them so they wouldn't have it in the first place.

Perhaps we should try to get them kicked out of NATO as well, PPJ?
