28 grams on the nose is kind of the de facto "black market ounce". Old habits of prohibition must be hard to break.

not a proper joint. Id call it a negligible amount when dealing in ounces, but it adds up over time I guess.

I personally have been chained and caged for less than .35, so it's not a negligible amount to John Law:)
