Hmmm, well, if I keep on making inaccurate political predictions I can manage a Demo's losing Presidential Campaign.. But to be acurate, I think you need to go to the source of the quote, not the apparently misleading link you provided.

Here it is:

Re: Sully and Lehman Embrace "Fake But Accurate"
by jimakaPPJ on Sat Sep 09, 2006 at 07:39:14 AM EST
Now the Right has struck back. How accurate is the movie? At least as, and probably more than Moore's paean to ignorance, out of context nonsense and propaganda. Will it harm the Demo's chance at winning the House and the Senate? Probably. But if ABC knuckles under and pulls it, the Demos will absolutely loose the election.

  1. Given the slim margins many of the races were won by, I think it is proven that it harmed the Demos.

  2. Given that ABC did not pull the movie we have no way of knowing if I would have been right.

As they say... Context is everything.

Ta Ta and have a nice day!!!!!

but the fact is that in many threads you predicted that the Democrats would loose the mid-term elections, and of course, ABC didn't knuckle under and pull it, so your conditional prediction didn't come true, as you pointed out, but you've made the unconditional claim many times before the 2006 election, as a casual scan of the archives would reveal to anyone who cares to look them up.

But to be acurate, I think you need to go to the source of the quote, not the apparently misleading link you provided.

Accuracy is so important, PPJ, but you've only made my case by reprinting your whole prediction, so thanks for giving et al a few laughs today.

Given the slim margins many of the races were won by, I think it is proven that it harmed the Demos.

Since there were some Republicans defeated in that election who lost by a slim margin, I can use the same logic and say that the movie helped defeat them, that without the movie they would've won. Q.E.D.

Thanks for the giggles on this one.

As they say... Context is everything.

Yes, curious how all your predictions seem to involve the 'anti-American, terrorist-hugging Left' is going to lose, and how often they don't come true.

That's the context you avoid and don't want to discuss or talk about.

Why is that?

Your protests are great for giggles, but hard on your creditbility which has just taken a major hit.

To prove that, if anyone uses the link you gave them, they go to a partial quote which you try and use to prove I claimed something when I clearly did not.

If they use the phrase you provided, go to advanced Goodle search for TalkLeft, they will go to:

You've trapped yourself, DA. Congrats. Enjoy the humble pie.

but to paraphrase Shakespear

"The gentleman doth protest too much."

You should see someone at the VA for your giggles, PPJ, this isn't the appropriate forum.

I'm almost honored to give you a triumph in a life that must be unbearably petty for you to take a delight in such things.

Again, did you find the above helpful?

What I find enjoyable is watching you be so eager to win that you do a search and find your own misquote, which you then use again.

Just deserts and all that... or...

As Gump said, "Stupid is as stupid does."

Care for some milk with that pie?? No?

Scoop of ice cream??

Too busy gagging, eh??

Ta ta and lol.

The context only makes you look less intelligent, and I tried to spare you that by quoting what I did, but you've helped me out by your nuttiness and your quoting of Forrest Gump in your recent posts, so I thank you for making my task easier than it has been in the past.

Heh, I'll quote you completely from now on even at the risk of using up bandwidth in order to do in one post what you've accomplished in a few to yourself today.

You quoted:

the Demos will absolutely loose the election.

Good God man. Even Dan Rather would not have tried and defend that obvious misquote and false claim.

See ya!

But I must thank you for reminding me that your frequent misspelling of simple English words(as in your quote) gives me further reason to disbelieve anything you say about being born and brought up in this country, let alone being in the military other than in a low-level capacity.

Your postings only deepen my suspicions and undercut your credibility with more folks every day, so keep up the good work.
