The only way the Court can find for the prosecution in these cases is to nullify the Confrontation Clause, or invent an exception to it under which the Confrontation Clause can be ignored if it's more convenient to ignore it. I don't want the Court to take such an approach to specific rights guaranteed by the Constitution. Do you?
