I have had the honor of arguing before the Big Court and I watch at least one day of oral argument a year. While not in perfect health, Justice O'Connor is still sharp, respectful of lawyers' arguments (unlike Scalia), gracious to all (ditto), and, in many cases, writes what becomes the opinion of the court; e.g. Williams v. Taylor where her opinion is the fifth vote and the one everybody cites. Four more years!
