Oh, so you don't want them to be charged with state crimes, but rather with federal crimes? How, I wonder, does this have anything to do with interstate commerce? I agree on the bracelet thing. It is for non-lawyers, and therefore silly. I disowned a relative for wearing one. There is no tolerance for this sort of thinking in my family. Either you go to law school and litigate or you are not welcome at thanksgiving.
